Job Summary

The Facility Management Site Manager role in Kaiserslautern involves taking charge of technical and infrastructural teams across various properties. Day-to-day tasks include detailed deployment planning, rigorous monitoring of technical processes, and ensuring quality assurance across all operations. A critical component of the role is financial oversight, encompassing cost and revenue control, budget adherence, and guaranteeing the economic efficiency of all facility management contracts. You will be responsible for fulfilling existing contractual obligations and acting as the primary point of contact for clients and regulatory authorities, coordinating all service areas. Candidates must possess either a completed technical apprenticeship (such as Electrician or Plant Mechanic) or a degree in Supply Engineering, General Engineering, or Facility Management, coupled with several years of relevant practical experience. Strong organizational skills, a service-oriented mindset, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology, Electrician for Industrial Technology, Plant Mechanic SHK (Sanitary, Heating, Air Conditioning), or similar; OR Completed degree in Supply Engineering, Engineering, or Facility Management.
