Job Summary

This Trainee position in Mannheim offers a structured path into Facility Management leadership, focusing on both technical and infrastructural services within commercial properties. The role involves supporting the leadership of technical teams, managing deployment schedules, and ensuring the technical quality and reliability of building systems. A core responsibility is maintaining the profitability and economic viability of FM contracts, including budget adherence, cost control support, and fulfilling contractual obligations. You will coordinate various service areas for FM clients and communicate with clients and authorities, all while being supported by experienced management. Ideal candidates possess a background in electrical or mechanical engineering (SHK), or a degree in Supply Engineering or Facility Management, coupled with initial professional experience in the FM sector, strong organizational skills, and a passion for technology.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology, Electrician for Operational Technology, Plant Mechanic SHK (Sanitary, Heating, Air Conditioning), or similar; OR a completed university degree in Supply Engineering, General Engineering, or Facility Management.
