Job Summary

This role places you at the core of developing complex, high-tech vision systems crucial for battlefield situational awareness and defense capabilities. As the Technical Manager, you will hold end-to-end technical responsibility for a camera vision system throughout its entire product lifecycle, acting as the central nexus between customers, development teams, suppliers, and management. Key responsibilities include defining and owning the system architecture for intelligent vision systems and providing technical leadership to interdisciplinary teams covering electronics, embedded software, image processing, and optics. The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree or PhD in a technical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) and significant professional experience in technical management or a leading development role, coupled with deep expertise in camera systems, image processing, and intelligent sensor systems. This position offers substantial scope for technical leadership and realization of demanding camera technologies within an international defense context.
