Job Summary

This role involves managing construction and refurbishment projects within the Technical Department of Klinikum Wolfsburg, a major hospital. The Project Manager will independently oversee projects from goal definition and planning through execution, realization, and handover. Key responsibilities include cross-trade project management, developing concepts for maintenance and optimization of technical systems and buildings, and acting as the client's representative when leading architectural and planning offices. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background (Master Craftsman, certified Technician, or technical degree) and will be responsible for cost controlling, preparing qualified specifications and cost estimates, and conducting tenders according to public procurement guidelines. Experience in construction law (VOB/HOAI) and the healthcare sector is beneficial. This is initially a fixed-term contract until July 2026, with the potential for permanent employment.
