Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing construction and renovation projects focused primarily on electrical systems within the Wolfsburg Hospital and the associated spa facility. The successful candidate will act as the client representative, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initial planning and concept development through construction supervision and final acceptance. Key responsibilities include managing external architectural and planning firms, conducting cost and project controlling, drafting qualified technical specifications, and executing public tenders and procurement processes in accordance with relevant guidelines. You will also support the workshop management team on complex technical issues related to maintenance and optimization of existing electrical infrastructure. This position offers a permanent contract and public sector compensation (TVöD-K) within a large, diverse technical department responsible for critical hospital infrastructure.
