Job Summary

This role involves supporting the IT Liaison Office within the Rehabilitation and Health Promotion department of the German Pension Insurance (DRV), focusing on operational change management, digitalization strategy, and procedural security, particularly concerning the introduction of 'rvSystem.modern' and new digital processes. Key responsibilities include acting as a central Requirement Engineer and Incident Manager (ITIL roles), developing and executing change strategies, and coordinating the introduction of new technical components within the 'rvSystem'. The specialist will also develop communication and training concepts, manage resistance, and coordinate the creation of IT security concepts. This position requires comprehensive knowledge of the 'rvSystem' and relevant social security law, offering a secure, meaningful, and varied full-time role in the public service sector in Berlin.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Bachelor / Diploma) in Social Insurance, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, OR completed advanced training as a Social Insurance Specialist in Pension Insurance, OR completed training as a Social Insurance Clerk in statutory pension insurance (with additional experience requirement)

Experience

  • Professional experience in the pension insurance sector, especially applying the 'rvSystem'
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the 'rvSystem', eServices, and DRV-IT
  • Knowledge of organizational and technical change management and associated methodologies
  • Application-safe knowledge of pension, insurance, contribution, rehabilitation, and administrative law (SGB I, IV, VI, IX, X) and relevant ancillary laws
  • Application-safe knowledge of information security
  • Professional experience as a case worker (minimum EG 9a) in pension insurance (Alternative requirement, minimum 3 years)
