Job Summary

The German Pension Insurance (DRV) is seeking an IT Liaison Officer for Human Resources to support the digitalization of HR processes at their Frankfurt (Oder) location. This role is crucial for managing and administering various HR-related IT applications, including time tracking, access control, occupational health management (BGM), workforce planning for clinics, and travel expense software. Day-to-day responsibilities involve acting as a functional administrator, creating and maintaining IT procedure security concepts, developing data queries for recurring statistics and evaluations, and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) modules related to employee entry, exit, and transfers. The ideal candidate will have a degree or relevant professional qualification in administration, IT, or social insurance, coupled with several years of professional experience in the IT sector, strong technical knowledge of IAM modules, and expertise in IT procedure security and data protection regulations. Required Skills

Education

Completed Bachelor's or Diploma (FH) degree in Administrative Sciences, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Social Insurance, or a comparable field; OR a qualification as a Social Insurance Specialist (Sozialversicherungsfachwirt/in) in Pension Insurance; OR a completed three-year vocational training with an IT or administrative focus (e.g., Digitalization Management Clerk, IT System Management Clerk, IT Specialist, Social Insurance Clerk, Administrative Clerk)

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the IT sector (required with all educational paths)
  • Initial professional experience in handling IT procedure security concepts (desirable)
