Job Summary

This role involves managing the construction and commissioning of complex building services systems, focusing on either electrical engineering, supply engineering (HVAC/Plumbing), or measurement, control, and regulation (MCR) technology within the Rhein-Neckar and Saar-Pfalz metropolitan regions. Key responsibilities include overseeing site management for technical installations, managing procurement and awarding contracts to subcontractors, and rigorously controlling quality, quantity, deadlines, and costs throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate holds a Master Craftsman, Technician, or Engineering degree in a relevant field and possesses initial professional experience in realizing technical building installations. Success in this role requires strong technical knowledge, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to lead both internal and external planning stakeholders effectively, ensuring project success from design through the warranty period.
