Job Summary

This Senior Facility Manager role involves taking comprehensive responsibility for client properties and acting as the primary point of contact for customers in Munich. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing technical Facility Management (FM) services, providing proactive customer consultation, and developing strategic optimization concepts, particularly regarding energy efficiency and economic viability. A key focus is managing complex special projects, such as major repairs and renewals. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree (Engineering, TGA, or FM) or a Master qualification in Supply/Electrical Engineering and brings several years of professional FM experience.
