Job Summary

This critical role involves the qualified construction management of complex building services systems for future-proof real estate projects across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of technical installations, including the tendering and awarding of subcontractor services, and rigorous control over quality, quantity, schedules, and costs. A key focus is coordinating the commissioning of all technical building systems and providing customer-oriented support during the warranty period. Applicants should possess a strong technical background, ideally holding a qualification as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or Engineer in Electrical or Supply Technology, along with initial professional experience in managing these systems.
