Job Summary
This role is ideal for a junior professional ready to step into a crucial IT support and administration position, acting as the primary contact for trainees, teachers, and staff regarding IT systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing First-Level Support, managing user accounts and permissions, and overseeing Surface tablets used by trainees. A key focus will be supporting the introduction of a new training and continuing education system, alongside contributing to the design of the new overall IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have a completed education in IT (e.g., as an IT Specialist) and possess experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Office, Teams, Azure, and Intune, coupled with knowledge of server administration, network management, and SQL database administration. This position offers a chance to immediately impact organizational IT systems and infrastructure development.
