Job Summary

This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and technical issues, providing crucial 1st and 2nd level support. Daily responsibilities include receiving fault reports via phone, email, and in-person, performing initial analysis and classification of IT disturbances, and escalating complex issues to administrative teams when necessary. A core function is documenting all activities accurately within a ticketing system and ensuring timely follow-up until resolution. Furthermore, the specialist is responsible for the on-site installation and configuration of new hardware and software for end-users. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training in IT (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration), strong technical knowledge of standard operating systems (Windows 10/11 and MAC OS X), proficiency with MS Office/Microsoft 365, and proven experience utilizing ticketing tools. This position requires excellent communication, a strong service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
