Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Junior IT Support and Administrator to serve as the primary contact for all IT system inquiries from apprentices, teachers, and staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing crucial First-Level Support, managing user accounts and permissions, and overseeing the maintenance of apprentice Surface tablets. A key component of this position involves contributing to the implementation of a new training and continuing education system and actively shaping the organization's evolving IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate possesses a strong service and customer orientation, coupled with practical experience in the Microsoft environment (Office, Teams, Azure, Intune) and foundational knowledge of server and database administration (SQL), making this a pivotal role in supporting educational technology.
