Job Summary

This Junior IT Support and Administrator role provides an exciting opportunity to be the primary technical contact for an organization's staff, teachers, and trainees. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing crucial First-Level Support, managing user accounts and permissions, and overseeing the deployment and maintenance of Surface tablets used by trainees. A key focus will be assisting with the implementation of a new training and further education system, alongside actively contributing to the design and evolution of the overall IT infrastructure. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as an IT Specialist or equivalent, coupled with a strong service and customer-oriented mindset. Essential technical experience includes working within the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically with Office, Teams, Azure, and Intune, as well as practical knowledge of server administration, network management, and SQL database administration.
