This is a pivotal leadership role focusing on driving the operational business model, processes, and financial strategy for HUK24, reporting directly to the Executive Board. The successful candidate will lead the team responsible for processes, automation, product management, and finance, ensuring full automation and customer centricity in all digital business models. Day-to-day tasks involve technology and data-driven business model development, continuous optimization of digital customer journeys, managing the company's finances, controlling, and planning, and ensuring efficient collaboration with customer service. Key requirements include a Master's degree in Economics, MINT, or equivalent, proven leadership experience with budget responsibility, and deep knowledge of digital business models, ideally within the insurance sector.
