Job Summary
This role as a Marketing Technology & Performance Manager involves driving sales funnel optimization within one of Germany's largest insurance groups. Day-to-day responsibilities include deep analysis of the sales funnel to identify improvement potential, executing and evaluating A/B tests, and developing sophisticated reports, visualizations, and dashboards based on movement data and business objectives. A key focus is the maintenance and evolution of the company's MarTech stack and managing internal and external data streams efficiently. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related quantitative field (Mathematics/Statistics). Crucially, you need several years of proven experience in Online Marketing or MarTech, coupled with comprehensive technical knowledge of web analytics, tag management, and A/B testing solutions. The position offers significant flexibility, including the option to work up to 50% remotely, along with extensive benefits and professional development opportunities.
