Job Summary

This full-time role, based in Düsseldorf and initially offered as a 24-month fixed-term contract, is crucial for maintaining the operational readiness of analytical devices and laboratory infrastructure within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The technician will primarily focus on executing routine and preventive maintenance, overseeing external service providers during calibration, and ensuring strict adherence to GMP, safety, and internal quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a completed technical qualification, such as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or CTA, possesses a strong technical affinity for laboratory systems, and has foundational knowledge of pharmaceutical GMP guidelines. This position requires structured, self-reliant work habits and strong communication skills to minimize equipment downtime, document all activities thoroughly, and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for defined laboratory devices.
