Job Summary

This role involves serving as a Junior Consultant in Process Management, focusing on the conception, design, and continuous development of harmonized, interoperable IT Management Frameworks for the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). The consultant will work within the Digital Process Development team, specifically on modeling, optimization, and tool support for processes and process chains. Daily tasks include independently conducting specialized assignments, deriving requirements for IT support systems, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring procedural compliance in projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, Organizational Studies, or a STEM field, combined with at least two years of professional experience in process management methodologies and IT Service Management (ITIL V3/V4).
