This permanent, part-time role (50%) as an Occupational Pension Specialist involves managing the comprehensive administration of company pension schemes for the Stuttgart public transport provider (SSB). Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing official notices for pension recipients, executing monthly pension accounting and all related follow-up activities, and ensuring the correct handling of payment agency procedures for pension payments. You will also manage complex legal cases such as wage garnishments, attachments, death benefits, and divorce-related pension equalization, ensuring strict legal compliance. A key part of the role is providing expert advice to employees and recipients regarding occupational pensions and collaborating closely with financial accounting for annual closing procedures. Successful candidates must have completed a relevant commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Industrial Clerk) coupled with further training in occupational pension provision, practical experience in payroll or pension accounting, and proficiency in SAP HCM and standard Office products.
