Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Manager of Technical Operations to lead and develop the department responsible for maintaining all electrical systems and overall building services within a growing electromobility company. You will be tasked with the functional and disciplinary leadership of a small team (currently two employees), acting as the primary point of contact for coordinating external maintenance and trade firms independently. Success in this position requires a background as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Electrical Engineering, coupled with a proactive, hands-on approach. The ideal candidate brings experience from the manufacturing sector, particularly in fixture or mechanical engineering, and ideally holds the qualification of a Responsible Electrical Specialist (or is willing to achieve it).
