Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking full responsibility for the Operations Technology department, overseeing the maintenance and development of all electrical systems and general building services. The Head of Operations Technology will provide technical and disciplinary leadership for a small team (currently two employees) while acting as the primary point of contact for external trade and maintenance companies, coordinating their activities independently. This position is ideal for a qualified Electrical Master Craftsman or Technician who possesses a strong hands-on mentality and a proactive approach to developing the department's potential. The role offers significant scope for contributing to the strategic direction of the operations technology function within a successful company focused on electric mobility products, ensuring freedom and self-determination in daily work.
