Job Summary

This is an opportunity to join a growing electromobility company in Albstadt as the Manager of Technical Operations. This vital role involves the comprehensive oversight of the Technical Operations department, including the technical and disciplinary leadership of a small team (currently two employees). The core responsibilities include managing all electrical systems and overall building technology (Haustechnik). A significant part of the role requires independent coordination and management of external maintenance companies and trade firms. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Electrical Engineering, or a comparable background. Experience gained within the manufacturing sector, particularly in jig/fixture or mechanical engineering, is highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong hands-on mentality, a proactive approach to departmental development, and the reliability necessary to ensure smooth operational continuity.
