Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in on-site support for a leading international IT service provider. The core responsibilities include providing field service for PCs, notebooks, and printers, managing and resolving tickets using customer ticketing tools, and performing troubleshooting within the Client/Windows environment (Win7/Win10). The technician will also handle IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change) for clients and printers, utilize MS Office for support inquiries, and manage processes for multiple clients simultaneously. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training or at least one year of IT experience, strong 2nd-Level Support experience (3+ years), current vendor certifications, and deep knowledge of Windows and MS Office suites. Fluency in German and basic English skills are required, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced support professionals seeking long-term assignments in the Rhein/Main region.
