Job Summary

This critical role involves supporting the IT Operations Team Lead to ensure smooth and reliable IT service delivery across multiple locations within a sensitive healthcare environment. The Deputy Team Lead will independently manage organizational, technical, and communication tasks aimed at strengthening the quality and efficiency of IT services. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary representative for the Team Lead IT Workplace Operations, taking ownership of Escalation, Communication, Quality, and Incident Management processes, and standardizing support procedures across all sites. The ideal candidate must possess an IT degree or equivalent qualification, at least five years of professional experience in IT project coordination or service environments, and fundamental knowledge of ITSM processes, preferably ITIL v3 or higher. Success in this role requires a structured, solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and excellent written and spoken English proficiency, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and external providers.
