Job Summary

This role seeks a motivated and engaged Laboratory Manager to strengthen the practice team at an MVZ specializing in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, and Diabetology in Osnabrück. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the entire laboratory workflow, including preparing and executing tests, managing sample transport, and performing essential medical procedures like blood draws, injections, and infusions. Key responsibilities also include the administrative management of medications, handling inventory bookings, and ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and quality standards through regular controls. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as a Medical Assistant (MFA), Dental Assistant (ZFA), or Nursing Assistant, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a medical practice or laboratory. The position requires strong organizational skills, experience in medication management, and a high degree of empathy and team spirit to collaborate effectively with physicians, colleagues, laboratories, and pharmacies.
