Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join Lahmeyer International GmbH, a leading engineering company specializing in energy, hydropower, and irrigation systems, located in Bad Vilbel, Germany, or at project offices worldwide. The engineer will be responsible for the planning and technical design of main and auxiliary power systems in hydropower plants, including preparing technical tender documents and conducting technical and economic evaluations of supplier offers. Day-to-day tasks involve reviewing implementation documents, monitoring production, and coordinating assembly and commissioning processes globally. The ideal candidate holds a degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field and brings 5 to 10 years of professional experience in planning and implementing electrical engineering systems, preferably within the power plant sector. This position offers the chance to participate in sustainable energy projects within an international environment with significant creative freedom.
