Job Summary

Join Dornier Suntrace GmbH in Hamburg as an Electrical Engineer, focusing on battery and grid connection projects within the renewable energy sector (Solar, Wind, Battery, Hybrid Systems). You will be responsible for the electrical design and execution planning of PV systems, including component selection, dimensioning of installations at low and medium voltage levels, and managing the grid connection process. Day-to-day tasks involve participating in project teams, conducting and managing grid studies and protection concepts, supporting construction supervision and quality assurance, and coordinating internal/external experts and suppliers. The ideal candidate holds an electrical engineering degree, possesses at least four years of professional experience in PV system planning/construction, and is fluent in both German and English. This role requires analytical skills, clear communication, and a willingness to travel for project assignments, offering a chance to work on large-scale international renewable energy projects (10 MW to 1000 MW).
