Job Summary

This role is central to the planning and implementation of Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR/ICA) systems for large-scale renewable energy projects, focusing primarily on Photovoltaic (PV) and battery storage plants, often integrated into complex hybrid energy systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing technical specifications for component procurement, developing detailed network plans, communication diagrams, technical drawings, and ensuring strict adherence to DIN EN and IEC standards. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for developing the Energy Management System (EMS) for hybrid setups, ensuring seamless integration with existing power generation assets like diesel or gas turbine plants. A key aspect involves coordinating technical processes with clients, suppliers, grid operators, and contributing expert knowledge to feasibility studies and technical reports. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering and substantial practical experience in MCR planning within the PV and battery storage sectors, coupled with expertise in SCADA and monitoring systems.
