Job Summary

Join the IT Security Team at Fresenius Digital Technology and play a critical role in protecting IT systems and sensitive data globally within the life-science environment. This position involves actively implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO/IEC 27001 standards, defining IT security architecture, and ensuring the highest security standards across corporate functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing security policies, creating detailed reports and KPIs to measure effectiveness, supporting internal and external audits (including KRITIS), and designing global security training and awareness campaigns. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity and brings several years of experience operating ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS in international organizations, coupled with fluent German and English skills and strong knowledge of security frameworks like NIST CSF and COBIT.
