Job Summary

As a Senior Manager Access Management at Fresenius Digital Technology, you will lead a specialized team of experts responsible for the implementation and operation of enterprise-scale security services. Your daily responsibilities involve acting as the Product Owner for CyberArk, managing the roadmap for Privileged Access Management (PAM), and ensuring alignment with Zero Trust and least-privilege principles. You will oversee critical infrastructure including Secure Remote Access and PKI, while managing day-to-day operations such as incident and change management. This role is highly impactful as you will define governance models and security policies for a large, complex enterprise environment.
