Job Summary

This role involves planning and managing User Acceptance Tests (UAT) within critical digitalization projects, specifically focusing on the MCCS system, which supports the energy transition in Germany and Europe. The Business Tester will be the key interface between new technologies and end-users, actively shaping the introduction of new solutions for 50Hertz's system operations digitalization. Day-to-day responsibilities include the operative planning and coordination of UATs with various departments, defining clear testing processes, standards, and templates, and collaborating closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Software Testers to define test cases and scenarios. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT, Engineering, or Mathematics, proven experience in UAT or Test Management, and familiarity with modern Test Management tools like Jira or Xray. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and excellent communication abilities in both German and English to ensure reliable and user-friendly system introductions.
