Job Summary
This role is based within the Human Resources department of one of Europe's largest cancer research centers, focusing on the continuous development and optimization of the digital HR system landscape for over 3500 employees. The specialist will be instrumental in developing and implementing efficient digital workflows, managing cross-departmental processes, and ensuring data quality and compliance within HR IT systems. A key aspect of the role involves actively supporting central HR digitalization projects, particularly those introducing AI-supported solutions. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field, deep knowledge of HR processes and IT systems (ideally P&I LOGA/SAPERION), and proven experience in project management and change processes. The position is initially fixed-term for two years, offering flexible working hours and the option for mobile work.
