This role is pivotal in identifying market opportunities, actively shaping the business, and building long-term customer relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market and growth strategies, identifying new application fields and use cases, and collaborating closely with R&D and production teams to translate customer needs into actionable plans. The ideal candidate possesses a background in chemical engineering, chemistry, or business engineering, coupled with experience in sales or customer-facing project environments. This position offers significant influence over the company's direction, professional development opportunities, and a flexible, supportive work culture, including a permanent contract and hybrid work options in Leipzig/Bitterfeld-Wolfen.
