Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Sales Representative focused on establishing and building the sales structure and processes within the chemistry sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing the sales strategy, actively engaging in customer acquisition, securing orders, and reporting directly to the CSO. The position requires a degree in Chemistry or Business Chemistry, coupled with professional experience in sales and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to travel, along with very good English language proficiency. This is an attractive opportunity to play a crucial role in the company's growth, actively shape and optimize the sales process, and potentially develop into a leadership position (CSO). The role offers a permanent, full-time contract (36 hours) with flexible working hours and hybrid options in Bitterfeld-Wolfen or Leipzig.
