Job Summary

This role is for a highly motivated R&D Chemical Laboratory Technician or Chemical-Technical Assistant to join an innovative company focused on sustainable chemistry, specifically utilizing CO2 instead of phosgene for specialized isocyanate production. The successful candidate will be responsible for the synthesis of organic building blocks, maintaining the laboratory and technical equipment, and providing crucial support for the technical implementation of new product ideas and customer requirements. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a 36-hour work week, flexible hours with a core time, 30 days of vacation, and an attractive annual salary of €40,000. Candidates should possess a relevant vocational qualification or a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, coupled with hands-on experience in organic synthesis and a strong organizational and analytical mindset.
