Job Summary
This role involves taking a lead in defining, detailing, and implementing the service portfolio and associated business models for cybersecurity services, specifically targeting critical infrastructure operators. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing technical descriptions, business models, delivery concepts, sales materials, and contract templates to facilitate the efficient global rollout of cybersecurity service offerings. This position requires staying updated on new technologies and regulatory developments to ensure the service portfolio remains relevant. A key part of the role involves directly leading customer projects, from offer preparation to coordinating delivery teams and managing ongoing operations for new service elements. Collaboration with R&D, Sales, Operations, and the Cybersecurity Experts Community is crucial for integrating cybersecurity services with other functions and achieving sales targets.
Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in Computer Sciences or Information Sciences. Preferably one or more active leading Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)).
Experience
- Long-term experience in software / networked systems engineering or lifecycle management
- Long-term experience in delivering Cybersecurity Services or secured systems to critical infrastructure operators (power grids, power generation, industry & infrastructure)
- Several years of experience in leading a team of cybersecurity professionals
- Professional experience in understanding prevailing cyber regulations and applying international standards (IEC 62443, ISO / IEC 27001, NIST, Cloud Security Alliance, OWASP)
