Job Summary
Join Innomotics, a new leader in motors and large drives, as an Embedded Software Development Engineer focusing on medium voltage converters. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing innovative control and regulation procedures for applications like grid systems, compressors, and marine propulsion, with a specific emphasis on Neutral Point Clamped (NPC) converters. You will define, implement, and test these procedures, apply your expertise to solve complex control engineering problems for multilevel converters, and create simulations to ensure robust operation. This position involves supporting the development of the software framework for the control computer and simulation environment, assisting with commissioning, and troubleshooting. You'll work in a multidisciplinary, international team, representing development project interests in backlog prioritization and participating in agile meetings.

University degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable field
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in embedded software development
- Experience in drive control, preferably with NPC converters
