Job Summary

This role is a two-year fixed-term position within the Service Center for Rural Development and Agricultural Funding (SLA), serving as the central technical office for the Lower Saxony agricultural administration. The successful candidate will be crucial in supporting a digital work environment, focusing on Windows Client and Server systems, virtualization (VDI), and license management. Day-to-day tasks involve the setup, installation, and administration of IT workstations, implementing patch and software deployment via automated distribution, and providing essential Second-Level Windows Support, including problem resolution and documentation within a ticketing system. Candidates should have a completed vocational qualification in IT (e.g., IT Specialist or IT Systems Administrator) and possess practical experience with Windows 11 and software deployment, coupled with fluent German language skills.
