As an IT Coordinator at the Service Center for Land Development and Agricultural Promotion (SLA), you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between stakeholders, developers, and users for EU agricultural funding software in Lower Saxony. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing complex requirements to create user stories, managing software development lifecycles, and ensuring system reliability through innovative automated testing. You will also provide vital support and training to users at the Chamber of Agriculture, alongside producing technical documentation and statistics. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Agricultural Sciences, Mathematics, Environmental Sciences, Geography, or a related technical/scientific field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in analyzing stakeholder requirements and translating them into technical user stories
  • Experience in steering and tracking software development projects
  • Practical experience with agile software development processes is preferred
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation is advantageous
  • Proven experience in software testing and establishing test concepts
