Job Summary
The Service Center for Rural Development and Agricultural Funding (SLA) is seeking an IT Organizer/Business Analyst to join their team, focusing on developing and enhancing innovative IT solutions for the agricultural administration in Lower Saxony. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between stakeholders, developers, and end-users. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed requirements analysis, testing, business process modeling, creating technical concepts, and providing user support and training. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or scientific field, strong analytical skills, and experience in requirements engineering and agile software development, preferably using Jira and Confluence. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in (Administrative, Business) Informatics, Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, or another technical/natural science-focused degree; Alternatively, fulfillment of civil service requirements for the first entry level of career group 2 (formerly higher general administrative service)
Experience
- Experience in agile software development (advantageous)
- Practical experience with Jira and Confluence (advantageous)
- Knowledge and experience in requirements analysis and management (desirable)
- Knowledge and experience in test management (desirable)
- Readiness for rapid training in requirements analysis and test management (alternative to experience)
