Job Summary

This role involves the precise and passionate management of specialized IT applications and interfaces, contributing significantly to digital transformation efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading IT project groups for the conception and introduction of new applications, organizing and installing software adjustments (patches, updates), and planning data and program migrations. You will also handle user administration, configuration, and customer-specific adjustments, alongside providing 2nd and organizing 3rd-level support for error analysis and resolution. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a degree in another field combined with at least three years of professional experience in technical application support. Strong knowledge of current server operating systems (Linux, Microsoft), database systems (SQL), and German language skills at B2 level are essential for success in this fixed-term position.
