This role involves working within the Land Reorganization Committee office, independently managing and executing complex land reorganization procedures according to the German Building Code (BauGB) and Land Specialization Act (BoSoG). Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and conducting necessary surveys for property reorganization, preparing detailed maps, records, and documentation for committee meetings, and actively participating in these sessions. A crucial part of the role is engaging in discussions and negotiations with property owners, rights holders, and various public authorities. Candidates must possess a university degree in Surveying and Geoinformatics or a related field, coupled with fluent German (C1 level) and a strong foundation in administrative law and real estate valuation.
