Job Summary

This role involves working as a Surveying Engineer within the Land Readjustment department, primarily responsible for managing and executing land consolidation procedures according to the German Building Code (BauGB) and the Land Segregation Act (BoSoG). Day-to-day tasks include independently coordinating and conducting surveys for property reorganization, supporting land valuation, and preparing essential maps, drawings, and registers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting discussions and negotiations with property owners and stakeholders, coordinating with relevant authorities, and preparing documentation for and actively participating in committee meetings. Key requirements include a university degree in Surveying and Geoinformatics, strong knowledge of administrative law and land valuation, and fluent German (C1 level).
