Job Summary

This dual-focused role involves both strengthening information security and managing the university's Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing modern digital workflows using ECM tools (specifically d.3 or comparable systems), developing interfaces (e.g., REST/JSON, d.3-SDK), and managing system operations including updates, monitoring, and documentation. Crucially, the specialist will maintain and advance the Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO 27001 or BSI standards, manage risks, and contribute to incident and awareness management. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT field, proven experience in ECM/DMS, technical skills in C# or PowerShell, and solid knowledge of ISMS and IT security principles.
