Job Summary

This specialist role is crucial for advancing the digital infrastructure of Ansbach University, focusing heavily on Document Management (DMS) and process digitization. Day-to-day tasks include actively participating in the introduction and continuous development of the DMS (ideally d.3), designing and optimizing digital workflows, forms, and automations from initial concept to productive implementation. The role also encompasses essential IT functions, such as providing 2nd-level support, structured analysis of system disruptions, and executing IT administration tasks like user and access management. Furthermore, the specialist will support IT projects and contribute to the implementation of IT security requirements within the Information Security Management System (ISMS). Required Skills

Education

University degree (Diploma or Bachelor) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification (e.g., Certified IT Specialist)

Experience

  • Professional experience in an IT/DMS/ECM environment
  • Practical experience handling DMS/ECM systems (ideally d.3)
  • Experience with workflow, form, metadata structure, and access control concepts in DMS
