Job Summary
This role involves managing the full employment lifecycle for salaried employees at Ansbach University of Applied Sciences. As an HR Administrator, you will independently handle labor and collective bargaining law matters from recruitment to termination. Your day-to-day responsibilities include advising employees and managers on HR-related queries, managing personnel files, and maintaining data within the SAP-VIVA system. You will also play an active role in optimizing HR processes and providing backup support for student assistant administration. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in public administration (VFA, BL I, or BL II), commercial training with an HR focus, or a Bachelor's degree in administrative, economic, or social sciences with a specialization in HR management.
Experience
- Professional experience in HR administration or personnel management
- Proven experience in applying labor and collective bargaining law, preferably within the German public sector
- Experience in advising employees and managers on HR-related legal and administrative issues
- Experience with HR management systems and digital personnel file maintenance

Additional
- The position is a fixed-term contract for two years with an option for permanent extension. Available as full-time or part-time (30-40 hours per week). Compensation is based on the TV-L public sector pay scale (E9a/9b).
