This role requires an experienced Project Manager to lead complex urban water management projects, specifically focusing on the execution phases, including detailed planning, tendering, and construction supervision. The successful candidate will manage projects related to sewage networks, wastewater treatment, and rainwater management for municipal and industrial partners, addressing critical challenges like aging infrastructure, stricter environmental regulations, and climate change impacts (heavy rain and water scarcity). Day-to-day tasks involve creating performance specifications, managing procurement processes, overseeing on-site construction (including large-scale sites), and coordinating interdisciplinary teams. You will handle all HOAI performance phases and local construction supervision, ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.
