This role is crucial for modernizing healthcare through efficient SAP solutions, including supporting the introduction and optimization of the SAP S/4HANA application (SAP ERP Cloud Private) and other SAP services based on the SAP Technology Platform (BTP). Day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating and monitoring service quality, ensuring key performance indicators are met, and collaborating closely with technical and functional application support staff. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, and possesses several years of experience in SAP services, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
