Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Project Manager specializing in Urban Water Management, based in Berlin, focusing on enhancing resilience against climate change impacts like flooding. Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent planning and execution of projects across all phases of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI), including site supervision. Key tasks involve leading projects in wastewater disposal and rainwater management, developing concepts for municipal and industrial drainage systems, and planning sewer networks, pumping stations, and retention basins. The successful candidate will manage interdisciplinary teams, handle project acquisition support, and ensure financial control, budget monitoring, and adherence to quality and timelines. This position requires a background in civil or environmental engineering and proven professional experience and networking within the urban water sector, contributing directly to sustainable, resilient urban environments.
