The successful candidate will independently manage and oversee planning projects, which includes performing specialized planning services for various railway and telecommunications projects, coordinating with all participating trades, and preparing cost estimations and technical concepts. A key aspect is identifying contractually owed services versus additional services (change requests). The position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on telecommunications, professional experience in infrastructure planning (especially railway), and familiarity with relevant planning tools like AutoCAD and BIM concepts.
